GENERAL OFFICE POLICIES

Welcome to our web site! Our entire staff is team dedicated to providing you with the highest quality dental care in a caring and relaxing environment. So that we may enjoy a smooth working relationship we ask that you take a few minutes to read over our basic office policies.

We strive to keep our patients “waiting time” to a minimum, as we recognize that your time is as valuable as ours is. However, unforeseen complications during some procedures do occur occasionally and we ask your indulgence at these times. Your cooperation in keeping your appointments and arriving on time will help us reduce such delays.

Insurance
Health care insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your treatment. Most plans include coinsurance, a deductible and other expense, which must be paid by the patient.

If you have insurance, please bring your plan information with you to your first visit. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Regular Visits
Regular follow up preventive care is very important in maintaining long lasting dental health. We therefore, encourage our patients to adhere to recommended recall visits and we will assist you with appropriate appointments.

Emergencies
If you have an emergency, please call the office right away and we will do everything possible to see you at the earliest opportunity. If we are out of the office or it is after office hours. We have an answering service available to take calls. They are instructed to contact the Doctor by phone or pager if necessary. Please have a pharmacy number ready in the event a prescription must be called in

Financial Arrangements
During your consultation visit, our financial secretary will meet with you and go over the financial policies of our office find arrange the most suitable method of method of payment for your case. She is the person whom you will be able to direct any inquiries about you account, and she will be most happy to assist you.
